Stunning and Spacious Saray Spa Opens at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai
Opening on 5 June 2013, the stunning 4,300 square metre Saray Spa in the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai will be the latest addition to Marriott International’s impressive spa portfolio.
Tucked away behind ornately carved doors, the world-class Saray Spa is a health and wellness haven at the heart of the world’s tallest hotel. True to its name and drawing inspiration from the historic Caravanserais located along the silk trade routes of old, Saray Spa offers a personal experience of restoration and renewal through rituals that have withstood the test of time. Ancient healing techniques and locally sourced natural ingredients are combined to pay homage to the Arabian heritage of Saray Spa.
The extensive Saray Spa facilities include men’s and women’s Hammams, Swedish dry saunas, steam saunas, circulation showers, Jacuzzis and an authentic Dead Sea Floatation Pool which can only be found within the luxurious Saray Spa at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. A total of 15 Treatment rooms include 2 private Hammam rooms, 2 Thai treatment rooms, one Dead Sea treatment room and 2 Private Luxury Spa Suites: Spas within a Spa, each with its own hydro-soak tub, steam room, private wash and changing rooms, relaxation center, and side by side treatment tables. Each treatment room has its own historic Caravanserais name, and the tale of Arabian history is further brought to life through crafted marble, decorative mosaics and traditional tapestry-woven Kilim carpets.
Saray Spa offers a selection of over thirty different luxury massages, facials, Hammam rituals, and body treatments. Signature treatments include the Saray Golden Hammam which combines a traditional Hammam service with the luxury of precious Gold oil infused with 24 karat gold leaf, followed by a golden clay body wrap.
Also, the Saray Signature Dead Sea Journey inspires true well-being, indulging guests in the rich nutrients of pure Dead Sea earth and healing mineral salts of the Dead Sea. This unique treatment can be done in any of the spacious private treatment rooms or combined with a therapeutic Dead Sea soak and experienced in the unique Dead Sea treatment room with its own Dead Sea Floatation Pool. Saray Spa is one of the few spas in the world to boast its own Floatarium utilizing a pool filled only with salts imported directly from the Dead Sea in Jordan. Guests will be able to experience the healing aspects of the worlds most renowned mineral salts combined with the unique set up of the pool's salt saturation and temperature which are designed to bring about a feeling of warmth and weightlessness.
