Glittering launch party heralds arrival of chic signature outlet, Nawwara
Dubai, UAE – 7th November 2013: A glamorous reveal event was held in the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai last night to launch its latest signature outlet, Nawwara.
Dubai’s A List social set were treated to an electric performance from Haruka and her ‘house violin’ improvisation along with the Nawwara Resident DJ Ron. The party reached a crescendo with an incredible 2 hour set from Lebanese DJ’s Ronin and Nesta of Beirut’s most famous nightclub, The Basement.
The venue name Nawwara, translates as ‘light’ in Arabic, and the luxe space is characterized by its ambient vibe and seductive setting. Lucky guests were invited to ‘Ignite the Night’ at Nawwara, where the exclusive invitation to ‘ignite’ was conveyed by an elegant set of gold matches, and matched with a parting gift – a signature scent Nawwara candle. Models in couture white cloaks led guests by the light of a lantern to the venue, where they then revealed the latest dramatic Amato Haute Couture Collection of dresses. The glamourous crowd of 500+ partied until 3am in the chic, cosmopolitan surrounds.
Set to take center stage amidst Dubai’s bustling nightlife scene, Nawarra combines a contemporary and sophisticated lounge, restaurant and spacious shisha terrace. Guests are invited to savor Levantine vibes, mixology masterpieces and Mediterranean flavours, while ending the day and starting the night in style. The Resident DJ spins a cool collection of deep house and chilled beats while International DJ’s are scheduled to make regular appearances in Dubai’s latest conceptual lounge, Nawwara.
