‘There’s no place like Rove’
Dubai’s beloved brunch ‘The Bench’ finds a delicious new home at The Daily, Rove Downtown Dubai
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 11th July 2016: The Pavilion Downtown Dubai café closed its doors last month, but die-hard fans will be relieved to hear that the end is just the beginning for its popular ‘The Bench’ brunch as Emaar Hospitality Group’s new trendy lifestyle hotel Rove Downtown Dubai reveals that its neighbourhood eatery, The Daily, will become the brunch’s delicious new home.
The Bench has been a firm favourite with the weekend brunch crowd since it was launched at The Pavilion Downtown Dubai in July 2014, with many favouring its relaxed, family atmosphere and foodie focused offering over the livelier Dubai brunch options. The Bench concept was originally developed by Chef Spencer Black who most recently developed Rove Hotel’s food and beverage concept - The Daily Downtown Dubai.
As Rove Hotels’ Director of Culinary, Chef Spencer is the perfect person to lead The Bench’s exciting migration to its new home at The Daily, and to continue delivering the brunch experience that has been delighting customers over the past two years.
With its casual, urban interiors, family-friendly facilities, and stunning views of the Burj Khalifa, The Daily is the perfect new location for The Bench.
