Increased demand for small rooms and luxury apartments raise occupancy rates to record levels
Tamani Marina revealed its participating in Arabian Travel Market conference and exhibition taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre during the period between 25-28A April 2016.
Tamani’s ninth Participation in ATM coincides with its launch a package of distinguishing initiatives aimed at improving its services targeted to family tourism sector, that follows the tourism developments in United Arab Emirates.
Walid Al-Awa general manager of Tamani highlighted the importance of Arabian Travel Market as the leading event of its kind in the region, which allows access to global tourism developments and enhance communication and rapprochement between tourism key players in various countries around the world.
Al-Awa pointed out that Tamani current work on redesign and renovation of the rooms to suit the needs of the business travelers and provide more comfort and distinctive service of the guests who are looking for better benefit. Indicating that the increase in demand for luxury hotel apartment’s raise occupancy rates to record levels.
“The redesign conducted by Tamani contributes to meet the demands of guests and provides them greater convenience and luxury, pointing out that it is scheduled to launch Tamani’s main restaurant in new style soon to satisfy all tastes,” Al-Awa said.
Al-Awa Anticipated the hotel room rates in Dubai witness a decline during the second half of this year by 20 percent compared to last year, which is reflected in the increase of tourism and visitor attractions of Dubai from around the world.
Tamani’s general manager Believed that ATM is an important platform for exchanging expertise in the areas of hospitality, tourism and access to tourism opportunities offered by the various tourism sectors.
Al-Awa noted that Tamani participation in ATM started eight years and in recent years, it is in partnership with the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing - DTCM in Dubai.
Tamani during its participation updates exhibition visitors on the most prominent initiatives adopted by the hotel in enhancing communication with various community groups, including environmental, humanitarian, and social.
