Abu Dhabi, 24 March 2016 – This Easter, p&c by Sergi Arola, at Shangri-La’s Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, features a custom-designed menu between 25-27 March 7 p.m. exploring the classic tale of Alice in Wonderland. Be inspired visually by Spanish creations, artistically presented by Head Chef Antonio and Pastry Chef Daria.
During the weekend from 25 to 27 March, guests will step into a magical world of the ‘Mad Hatter’, featuring an array of dishes, priced at Dh 350 per person. With playful terms such as “Drink Me” and “Eat Me”, guests will enjoy a twist of Sergi Arola’s menu presented in a whimsical fashion. The artful creations of the desserts such as "Queen of Hearts Tart", "Mad Hatter’s Surprise" and "Cup of Tea Garden Delights", will get guests to reminisce about their favourite childhood stories.
