WEEKEND BRUNCH AT SERAFINA DUBAI: ITALIAN INDULGENCE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
Celebrity favourite Serafina launches a flavourful, fun, family Weekend Brunch
30 August 2015, Dubai, UAE – Serafina Dubai, the UAE’s favourite Northern Italian restaurant opened its doors in the winter of 2013 to much success. Like its sister in NYC, the concept has quickly established itself as a celebrity favorite, most recently hosting Willlow and Jayden Smith on their visit to the region. Located in Souk Al Bahar in the heart of Dubai Downtown, Serafina offers an expansive al fresco terrace overlooking the world famous Dubai Mall Fountains and the iconic Burj Khalifa. This month Serafina is pleased to announce that it has expanded its culinary offering with the launch of their Weekend Brunch, available both Friday and Saturday, the brunch is inspired by traditional Italian home-cooked meals, served with a signature twist.
Weekend Brunch at Serafina promises to be a casual, yet chic affair; with exposed red brick, captivating artworks and an upbeat atmosphere, guests will feel like they have been transported to New York’s Meat Packing District, whilst enjoying a range of family friendly sharing dishes. The Brunch menu has been designed to offer a generous portion of a variety of dishes at a competitive price, making it the perfect venue for catching up with friends and family, or as a meeting spot before visiting one of Downtown Dubai’s regular cultural events.
Guests begin their culinary journey with an antipasti platter that includes, Bruschetta, Calamari, Buffalo Mozzarella with Sliced Tomatoes, Goats Cheese Roll and a selection of mini pizzas. Guests then move on to everyone’s favourite dish – Pasta & Risotto; for this course guests are served three different types of dishes, including Serafina signatures such as the Risotto Porcini, risotto with porcini mushroom and parmesan crisps and Spaghetti allo Scoglio, spaghetti served with shrimps mussels and clams.
Moving to mains, guests are served a variety of dishes including; Bistecca, thinly sliced striploin served with arugula leaves, datterino tomatoes, and Rollatina di Vitello, slow cooked veal roll stuffed with Fontina cheese and beef bacon. Guests looking for healthier mains can opt for the Branzino, a fillet of sea bass served with baby potatoes and roasted vegetables. For dessert, Executive Chef Fabio has created a special platter of the restaurants three best desserts – Tiramisu, Sottobosco and Panna Cotta. Adding to guests’ delight, dessert also includes a Nutella Pizza served fresh out of the oven and served with seasonal berries and Chantilly cream.
In true Italian style, with views of the tallest building in the world, the Serafina Brunch has been designed for families to linger, with four courses covering almost fifteen different dishes; this is the perfect way to spend quality time with friends and loved ones.
