The Gwenael Nicolas designed restaurant is the ideal location for laid-back socializing with friends and families away from the pressures and time constraints of the working week. The space, adorned with wood, stone and white shells, showcases an exhibition-style open kitchen and contemporary chandelier of flowing white fabric, created by Japanese fabric artist, Reiko Sudoh. Along a curved glass wall, the luxe lounge offers landscaped views of the terrace and exterior.
Diners can browse a concise selection of dishes reflecting traditional international brunch choices, all of which are prepared with a commitment to sourcing the highest quality and freshest seasonal ingredients. Highlights include Jean-Georges’ signature innovative interpretations of favorites such asWaffle with Caramelized Banana served with whipped cream,Smoked Salmon with Toasted Swedish Rye and Maine Lobster Grilled Cheese on Brioche served with three cheeses and green chili mustard.No brunch would be complete withouta range of eggs, presented in omelet, slowly cooked “Shakshuka” and benedict styles, perfectly complemented by classic Jean-Georges cocktails.
