Acclaimed international restaurant venue reveals new a la carte flavours for spring 2016
Dubai, UAE – February 2016 - Novikov Dubai, the regional outpost of the famed London venture is delighted to step into the new spring season with the reveal of a number of Asian inspired dishes onto it's a la carte offering. The vision of Executive Head Chef Shane Macneill, and developed in keeping with the attention to detail and exquisite quality for which the Novikov family is renowned, these dishes represent a reason to return to this award-winning concept.
Step inside the richly appointed space and allow the imagination to wander over a selection of plates that evoke the artistry and skill of the Asian culinary tradition. A highlight for lunch is the dim sum platter, with each parcel created from homemade pastries filled with delicately balanced combinations including sea bass and cuttlefish and duck with black pepper.
Novikov is proud to support the world’s finest fish suppliers, which is evident in the exuberant expansion of the sushi and sashimi sections of the menu. Diners can widen their palates with the rose shrimp and white truffle sashimi, spicy seafood and chipotle maki or chu-toro quail egg and truffle gunkan. Each combination reflects the Novikov tradition, but also caters towards the luxurious and highly discerning tastes of the UAE market.
Hot dishes reflect a love of decadent items, showcasing a grill and wok section, utilizing ingredients in memorable and innovative ways, including lobster Thai pepper, duck bim bao and lamb cutlets teriyaki.
The dining experience at Novikov is enhanced with the open kitchen, a prominent feature of the main dining floor, offering fresh organic vegetables, seafood and whole premium fish, imported every second day from international shores. The bar area enlivens the ambiance after dark, with its selection of exciting hand-crafted cocktails, including many made to measure bespoke options for those happy to leave their choices in the hands of the internationally trained team.
Located at the Sheraton Grand hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Novikov Dubai is open seven days a week serving the set business lunch menu from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday, and 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Dinner is offered between 6:00 pm to 12:00 am from Saturday to Wednesday, and 6:00 pm to 12:30 am on Thursdays and Fridays, with the bar and lounge open from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am. An early bird menu is also available between 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm all seven days of the week.
