Wyndham Hotel Group Continues Expansion in Turkey with Three New Hotels
30 properties now open in the country
ISTANBUL (June 9, 2014) –Wyndham Hotel Group, the world’s largest hotel company with approximately 7,500 hotels and part of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN), today announced that it now has 30 properties in Turkey, firmly establishing the Hotel Group as the market leader by number of hotels open and operating in the country.
The latest properties to join Wyndham Hotel Group in Turkey include Wyndham Istanbul Old City, Ramada Usak and Ramada Resort Akbuk. Collectively, the hotels add 740 rooms to Wyndham Hotel Group’s existing 4,500–strong room count in the country.
In Turkey, Wyndham Hotel Group has hotels under the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts (four hotels), TRYP by Wyndham (two hotels) and Ramada (24 hotels) brands.
