LONDON (July 10, 2013) – Wyndham Rewards®, Wyndham Hotel Group’s free-to-join guest loyalty programme, has introduced a raft of new measures to help make rewards more achievable for travellers regardless of how often they travel.

From now until September 20, 2013, Wyndham Rewards members who register for the promotion at www.wyndhamrewards.com/summer and complete two qualifying stays at any of the nearly 7,000 participating Wyndham Hotel Group locations across the globe will receive double the rewards points.

Introducing new Gold Tier Status
This year, Wyndham Rewards added valuable programme incentives that cater to the needs of every kind of traveller. The loyalty programme introduced a new Gold Status tier to reward members who stay more frequently. Members will earn a free night after every 20 qualified nights at a Wyndham Hotel Group participating property in a calendar year. Members who earn these free nights as a result of their Gold Status will continue to earn points that can be used to redeem for rewards such as merchandise, gift cards and more. The Gold Status benefit is provided to members living in the more than 50 countries offering the Wyndham Rewards programme.
Fewer points needed to achieve rewards
has also modified its reward tier levels to make free nights more attainable. Now, members need only 5,500 points, rather than the previous needed 6,000 points, to earn a free night at select Wyndham Hotel Group properties.
