Carmelo, an Italian national, brings with him more than 15 years experience in the food industry.
Abu Dhabi, December 2010 – Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi has appointed Carmelo Rosselli as Italian Executive Sous Chef in charge of Prego’s kitchen.
Before moving to the Abu Dhabi, Carmelo worked at Meridian Airport Dubai, Meridian Mina Seyahi as well as Grand Millenium Dubai.
