Faena Hotel Miami Beach Appoints Dilip Mukundan as Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Faena Hotel Miami Beach is pleased to announce the appointment of Dilip Mukundan as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. A seasoned and respected leader, Dilip joins Faena Hotel Miami Beach with over twenty-five years of luxury hotel experience. In his role, Mukundan will be charged with driving the sales and marketing efforts at Faena Hotel Miami Beach. He will also be responsible for total revenue and yield strategies and will manage all advertising, public relations, and promotional activities.
Commenting on his new position, Dilip Mukundan stated, “I am thrilled to join the team at Faena Hotel Miami Beach. Mukundan has worked across the globe in a range of destinations from New York to Singapore to Abu Dhabi, and gained invaluable expertise in brand positioning in Asia, the United States and the Middle East. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the hospitality arena, most recently serving as the Market Director of Sales and Marketing for 1 Hotel South Beach Miami, where he exceeded revenue goals, oversaw all public relations, social media and marketing activities, developed and managed pricing and strategy related to the hotel’s revenue. Additional leadership positions held by Mukundan include acting as the Market Director of Sales and Marketing for The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne & Coconut Gove, Miami, The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal, and The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain, Hotel & Spa.
