Royal Rose Hotel appoints Deputy General Manager and Front Office Manager
Key appointments to lead the opening of the five-star property
Abu Dhabi, UAE (July 30, 2013) – Royal Rose Hotel, the first 5-star property owned by the Bin Ham Group and managed by the City Seasons Group of Hotels, has announced the appointments of Nickolas Chatzipetros as Deputy General Manager and Thanos Tsinias as Front Office Manager.

In his role, Chatzipetros will assist and deputize the hotel’s General Manager and will ensure that the brand standards are efficiently implemented in order to deliver the highest quality of products and service possible to the hotel guests. An all rounded hotelier with vast experience in Hotel Pre-Openings and high class Food and Beverage operations, Chatzipetros has worked in various properties in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia which enables him to have a clear understanding about hotel operations and to interact with different nationalities.
A Greek national, Tsinias has over 12 years of industry experience, having worked recently with Starwood, at The Romanos Costa Navarino and further back with Accor’s Sofitel brand. His main role is to lead the hotel’s departments such as the Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge, Business Center, Telephone Operators, Bell Attendants, Car Parking, Valet and Limousine Drivers and ensure they deliver the best and most efficient service to the guest even before their arrival until their departure from the property.

The Royal Rose Hotel, built in a style resembling the splendor and grandeur of French 17thCentury Palais, features 355 luxuriously appointed rooms, including 112 Boutique Suites, 20 Luxury Suites and a Royal Suite.
