Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay appoints Andrew Vieira as Director of F&B
New Director of Food & Beverage
Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay, has announced the appointment of Andrew Vieira as Director of Food & Beverage, to head the property’s culinary operation.
Highly driven, dynamic, and with a keen eye for detail, Andrew comes with fourteen years of experience in the hospitality industry, having handled a range of F&B management roles in London and the UAE. After starting in his home town London, Andrew moved to the Middle East with Jumeirah Group where he served for six years, followed by a three-year stint with Emaar Hospitality at The Address Downtown.
Prior to joining Steigenberger, Andrew served as Food & Beverage Manager at The Meydan Hotel for two years, working closely with the leadership team to maximise financial performance, and implement property-wide strategies to put the hotel’s venues on the map.
Andrew’s training and experience has been supplemented with courses in revenue management, as well as food safety and hospitality management. Starting at grass-roots level, Andrew has come to be known as a creative and innovative thinker, displaying a practical approach to problem solving. He is a hands-on manager and a strong team-builder.

When not at work, Andrew enjoys zipping around the roads of Dubai on his super bike. A true blue biker, Andrew is a proud member of the Ducati Owners’ Club Dubai, where he rides twice a week.
