The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai Welcomes Aidan Dempsey as Hotel Manager

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company has newly appointed Aidan Dempsey as Hotel Manager. Joining the property’s dynamic guidance team, Aidan personally possesses a long-standing connection with the brand and admires and resonates with The Ritz-Carlton company culture.
In his third international appointment having previously been based in the United States as well as London, Aidan joins The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai from his home country of Ireland where he held the title of Hotel Manager at sister Marriott brand – The Shelbourne Dublin, A Renaissance Hotel.
With a life-long passion for the hospitality industry, he brings with him over 15 year’s experience across an extensive portfolio of luxury and boutique brands. After graduating from Shannon College of Hotel Management in Ireland, accredited with a bachelor’s degree in International Hotel Management, Aidan has worked across all main operational departments with a focus on the rooms division and driving quality assurance ratings, guest satisfaction scores, upselling programs and streamlining all front office operations. A keen interest in the revenue, sales and marketing function, he has driven departmental strategies and been responsible for several redevelopments and rebranding of restaurant concepts as well as overseeing overall hotel refurbishments.
