I am currently looking for new opportunities in Hospitality Industry and would be available immediately. Due to these uncertain times my last role as Food and Beverage Manager at Park Hyatt in Chennai, India has made been redundant w.e.f May 2020.
My last assignment was with Park Hyatt, Chennai as a Food & Beverage Manager. I resigned voluntarily due to the current scenario and business situation due to Covid19. Prior this I was with an real estate firm as an Operations Manager handling F&B operations and their luxury residential club of 100,000 sq ft with various recreational facilities and F&B outlets (pre-opening). I have 16 rich years of hands-on F&B operations in all aspects of Food and Beverage with International luxury brands like Four Seasons Hotels in Mauritius, Seychelles and Mumbai and also with Raffles Resort in Seychelles. I have also been associated and spent time with Taj Diplomatic Enclave in New Delhi, Roseate in New Delhi and Westin Hyderabad.
