Job Description For Engineering Supervisor

Job Description:

Maintains all kitchen and laundry equipment in good working order.
Prepares preventive maintenance schedule.
Maintains the cleanliness of all kitchen and laundry equipment’s.
Maintains the performance of pumps and motors.
Follows the preventive maintenance chart strictly and maintains records for future reference.
Coordinates with other department’s to ensure their satisfaction on quality & progress and to create a healthy relationship between inter-departments.
Creates on-the-job training among engineering staff and creates opportunities for them to be able to handle a limited scale.
Is aware of the emergency procedure in the hotel and knows what to do in case of fire.
Abides by the hotel’s rules and acts as an example to others.
It comes up with suggestions that may help to improve the maintenance.

Requirements

Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.
Good English communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
