Job Description For General Technician

We are currently looking for General Technician to join our multi cultural team in the Engineering. Has the ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

1.1 Attend the guest room general electrical complaints like changing the fused lamps, TV not working, iron box not working, refrigerator not working, safety box not working, iron box not working, washing machine not working, minibar not working, etc.

1.2 Attend the guest room general plumbing complaints like shattaf spray head and hose leak, low water pressure of the showerhead, kitchen sink block, W/C flush water leak, drain block, kitchen sink pipe leak, etc.

1.3 Attend general HVAC complaints like A/C not working, FCU drain block, sensor not working, etc.

1.4 Helping the carpenter in attending general carpentry works like, fixing the chairs, tables, kitchen cabinet, etc.

1.5 Make sure all the public area system like, lighting, fountains, air conditioning, etc is working properly.

1.6 Do the preventive maintenance of guest rooms and make sure all the facilities in guest rooms are as meeting the DTCM standards

1.7 Make sure the lifts, fire and safety pumps, CCTV cameras, kitchen equipment’s, laundry equipment’s, chillers, etc. are working properly. If something is felt wrong report to the supervisor immediately

1.8 Take the daily readings and record it in the system, if any abnormalities found in the system inform to your supervisor.

Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.
