I’m currently the Head Chef at Flames Restaurant, Ras Al Khaimah, and United Arab Emirates. As well, I was holding the Sous Chef Position at Lexington Grill (Fine Dining Restaurant) and Azure (Mediterranean Restaurant), Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, where I’ve worked since 2016.
One of my main tasks are Managing all aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience, Ensure food control systems are adhered to so margins are on target, Manage financial performance of the department so all planning is in line.
