My career in customer service started when I joined Teleperformance, the global leader in Customer Experience Management. Through dedication and hard work, I propelled my career from Customer Service Operator to Team Leader then to become the youngest Business Expert & Quality Auditor in the company. During the process, I have gained world class customer service and team leadership skills that opened the doors for me to join Emirates Airlines. In my 8 years of experience as a flight attendant in the world\'s leading airline, I had the opportunity to travel the world many times over. I discovered new cultures and different ways of life and learnt how to work effectively in a multicultural environment. I have also acquired a very unique skill set that empowers me to take on any future challenges with confidence.
