I am a creative, enthusiastic, hardworking chef with a passion for food and lots of experience working in busy restaurants around the world. At the age of 18 I started to have passion with food. Started working in a fast food chain and since then I have always known that being in a kitchen, preparing amazing food for others, is where I want to be.
After completing my trainings in culinary, I worked in a number of International Cruise before moving to USA, where I was employed for almost two years as chef at a busy American restaurant. I am very efficient and it was here that I developed a much more productive system of food prep. I also gained experience in managing, staff rosters, pricing and ordering for a large establishment. I am adept in preparing menus and overseeing the kitchen operations, and am able to work with clients to determine what menus and service will best fit their needs and budget. I also offer skills in budget development, purchasing and standards according to HACCP.
