M/s SS Enterprises signs agreement with Wyndham Hotels

Bhiwadi, 29^th December 2022 – M/s SS Enterprises, a company having an interest in varied business across different sectors based out of Mumbai, today announced the signing of a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for a new hotel development at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan – India under the midscale lifestyle and trendy Ramada Encore by Wyndham brand.

Bhiwadi is an industrial town strategically located 60 km south of New Delhi and 200 km from Jaipur. It can be reached by National Highway NH48 (Delhi-Jaipur highway) via Dharuhera, in 70-90 min from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. The town is spread over nearly 5,300 acres with houses covering around 2,700 acres. The town contains a range of large, medium, and small-scale industries, from steel mills and furnaces to automobile and electronics manufacturing.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has two hotels under its Ramada by Wyndham and Days Hotel by Wyndham brands in Neemrana, which is about 25 KM from Bhiwadi.

The hotel is built on over an acre of land in the prime Phool Bagh Chowk and is positioned within the midscale segment and will have 108 rooms, all day dining, a bar lounge, banquet halls and meeting rooms, a fitness center, and an outdoor swimming pool.
