Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Analyst, Operations Solutions & Support to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in Parsippany , New Jersey .Create, support, and enhance the operational reporting efforts that assist Hotel Integration in managing day to day business; ensure reporting is clear, timely, accurate, and accessible. Lead and manage the NAMER rooms forecasting process to ensure the most accurate and up to date information is reviewed. Own forecasting measurements and analyze historical performance to best provide quarterly commitments and goals. Support insights, recommendations, and identify best practices using analytics on performance driven operations, quality and brand initiatives. Maintain the partnerships of our WH&R Finance and technology teams in support of our Salesforce business tool and Birst reporting. Become the liaison and SME between Operations and Salesforce. Conduct various analysis based on Franchise Operations and Quality and other senior WH&R leader needs. Complexity
The Analyst, Operations Solutions and Support will support initiatives and analytics that assist the NAMER Franchise Operations teams in overseeing and planning their business activity. The Analyst will support the delivery of data and analytics capabilities to the operations teams will drive data-based insights and quantitative analysis geared towards driving action. This position works closely with Hotel Integration but also supports Franchise Operations, Brand Standards, Sourcing, and PIP teams to create operational reporting that helps achieve operational goals.
The candidate will be required to work autonomously and achieve results with little to no supervision. The impact of the work is high for the organization and requires high to moderate decisions making, advanced problem solving and significant communication abilities. There are no supervisory responsibilities.Scope/Financial Responsibility
This role impacts the financial success of each brand supported as well as the Franchise Operations and Quality teams. In addition, the Analyst, Operations Solutions and Support will participate in projects that impact the effectiveness of Operating and Capital Expense initiatives.Abilities/Key Competencies/Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work (Business, Mathematics/Applied Statistics, Economics, Finance preferred), or closely related field.
- Advanced Excel skills required, experience with Salesforce Lightning a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and usage of business intelligence tools.
- Minimum 3 years hospitality related financial or analytical experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with delivering insights and stories from data.
