Dolce Versailles is now seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in France.This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to join the pre-opening team of this exceptional venue, ready to open its doors for the first time in Q1 2023.
THE HOTEL
The Dolce by Wyndham Versailles, managed by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, is located in Domaine de Montcel, in the vicinity of the Versailles Palace. With 15 meeting and reception rooms, 178 guest rooms, suites, and apartments, 2 restaurants, a bar, a stylish spa and an outstanding park of more than 14 hectares, Dolce by Wyndham Versailles will offer the subtle balance between authentic French elegance and contemporary comfort.
Job Summary
The role holder will contribute to the performance of the hotel by assisting the Regional Director of Marketing / Director of Sales & Marketing for the development and effective implementation and promotional strategies for the position of the property as highly desirable to its identified markets. He/She will be responsible for the management and growth of the hotel data and the targeted use of the database.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributes to the creative process from creative brief to delivery for hotel communications collateral and websites (both internal and external) and the creation of copy to support this in cooperation with the Wyndham Corporate Office.
- Manages and coordinates the hotel communications plan to ensure that all communications are targeted at the right audience and delivered on time.
- Ensures all activity fits into the hotel communications plan to avoid duplication or over communication.
- Assists the DOM in handling the issuance of press releases and features about the property to local national and international media when appropriate.
- Writes and keep up to date the hotel's press kit, newsletters and developments plans,
- Manages the online content and imagery of the Hotel and the Spa
- Manages the advertising function in such a way that all advertisements are effective and reflect a positive image of the company.
- Maintains confidentiality of the Hotel and WHG information and strategies.
- Supports on the development and implementation of PR and communication plans and projects
- Supports on the social media channels of the hotels and restaurants.
Other Duties - Ensures that the PR, communication materials meet appropriate standards content, style and appearance.
- Is responsible for tracking campaign success to enable management to understand the return on investment of each activity and aid future promotion plan through effective reporting.
- Ensures that all activities carried out is managed within the Wyndham Standards
- Ensures that the best possible rates are achieved through suppliers when ordering materials and services.
- Ensures 100% compliance with all mandatory training as per the Wyndham hotel group.
- Is able to work in a multicultural team.

Background & Skills - A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing or hospitality management
- Experience in a branded international hotel chain
- Fluent in English and French
