We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor who will bring authenticity, creativity, and discreet sophistication to our intimate 7-room wildlife resort in Kabini, situated on the edge of Nagarhole Tiger Reserve.

What You’ll Do:

• Curate dining experiences rooted in regional cuisine, cooked using healthy ingredients, complemented by thoughtful wine and coffee pairings.
• Lead and inspire a small team by being hands-on, attentive, and a true role model.
• Create moments of comfort and delight for high-end guests who value authenticity and detail.
• Work in close harmony with our natural surroundings — designing experiences that feel genuine, effortless, and memorable.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in boutique or high-end hospitality, with a passion for food, wine, and coffee.
• 3 – 4 years of experience in upscale boutique resort
• Deeply familiar with local culinary traditions and able to present them with elegance.
• Warm, approachable, and able to make sophisticated guests feel at ease.
• A natural leader who motivates through presence and example.
• Fluent in Kannada and English, with Hindi as an added advantage.
