More than just a fruit, the mango holds a special place in every Indian heart. With Swaad-E-Aam, our chefs have reimagined this summer treasure, presenting a menu that blends tradition with innovation, and nostalgia with refinement.
Each dish on the menu has been thoughtfully crafted to highlight the versatility and soul of the Indian mango. From the refreshing Mango Ceviche with Mango Sphere to the bold flavors of Tandoori Mango Prawns, the festival promises a sensory experience like no other. Guests can savor a variety of creations such as: Raw Mango aur Beetroot ki Tikki, Spiced Mango Okra Curry, Khatta Meetha Mutton Nalli, Raw Mango Sorbet, Saffron-Mango Shrikhand and many more surprises that reflect the artistry and heritage of Indian cuisine.
