The training focused on understanding the unique needs of individuals with determination and equipping our team with the necessary skills to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
This initiative ensures that our Managers on Duty and team members are fully prepared to confidently and appropriately support guests with determination at any time further reinforcing our hotel’s dedication to accessible and compassionate hospitality.
