Job Description For AC Technician

Repairs, maintains and provides technical attention to all Electrical, Mechanical

Refrigeration systems of the hotel - walk in freezer, fridges, Ice makers, fan

coil units, chiller, etc.

Maintains preventively all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems at the

hotel.

Checks on performance of refrigeration systems and components.
Verifies all door closing systems on walk in coolers/freezer
Checks and maintains all defrosting systems and automation of ice-makers.
Works on maintenance request from all departments.
Ensures routine cleaning of Fan-coil units and air-handling unit filters.
Checks on performance of air-conditioning and chill water systems.
Cooperates with all engineering staff in detention of failures of air-condition

and refrigeration system and function set up.

Overhauling of air-condition/refrigeration equipment and systems.
Checks all refrigeration and oil levels and control of major repairs.
Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.
