Job Description For Painter/Polisher

We are seeking a dedicated Painter to join our Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all painting and polishing work across guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities, ensuring that all areas maintain a high standard of appearance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out painting, varnishing, and polishing work in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
Execute all tasks in line with the planned maintenance and decoration schedule, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Ensure the proper storage and handling of all paint, solvents, and related materials in a safe and organized manner.
Maintain painting tools, equipment, and the workspace in excellent condition.
Adhere strictly to Health and Safety regulations within the department and throughout the property.
Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with guests and colleagues.
