Roles and Responsibilities -
Acknowledge/respond to all emails/telephone queries received from internal/external clients and respond within 24 hours.
Ensure all reconfirmation of bookings should be completed 2 days prior to the arrival date. Follow up for the arrival time and check if airport transfers are required and update all relevant packages.
Responds to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by Email, telephone and online portals.
Processes advance deposits on reservations. Monitors advances deposit requirements.
Know the NPS Score, Daily briefing sheet, Brand Standard for the day and Value of the week. Adhere to grooming standards prescribed
Pickup all phone calls in three rings and ensure to capture guest email and personal preferences to be shared with hotel teams to generate Taj moments and capture guest email addresses.
He/she should know the types of rooms the property has, their locations and layouts, as well as the available packages.
Escalate negative comments to Reservations Manager with urgency for immediate resolution.
To be fully aware/trained of and adhere to health and safety, fire and bomb threat procedures.
To ensure all the details as per the Group rooming list are updated in the property management software and ensure smooth operations.
Ensures to attend to daily department briefings and trainings and are well aware of the day-to-day activities in the hotel
