Job Description
* Achieves budgeted revenues on key accounts and conversion of key prospects through the preparation and execution of action plans.
* Responsible for increasing market share, yield strategies, implementation, market performance and meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets.
* Assist the Director Of Sales and Marketing in budgets, projections and implementing plans for each market segment & set sales strategy for the Resort.
* Directing all advertising, public relations and promotional activities of the resort in UK, Europe and GCC regions.
* Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests.
* Promote the Resort in assigned territory and achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions to position the resort in the UK, Europe and GCC markets.
* Develop and implement business plan and sales strategy that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in handling UK, Europe and GCC markets is preferred.
- Position will be based in the resort.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer contact skills.
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details.
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations. A team player & builder and a motivator & self-starter.
