Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager Meetings & Events to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of high-profile events and conference in one of the leading hotels in Cairo.
-Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate & social events, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create customized event proposals.
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
-Handle client inquiries, resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
- analyze event feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality management, Business Administration, or related filed.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, event management or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in event planning and execution.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English.
