Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Baker specializing in Arabic breads to prepare a wide variety of traditional breads and pastries. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Middle Eastern baking techniques and ingredients, including but not limited to khubz (pita), manakish, ka'ak, fatayer, and baklava. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, creativity, and a deep appreciation for Arabic culinary heritage.
