We are seeking a forward-thinking Cluster Director of Revenue Management to lead the revenue strategy for six Accor-branded properties: two iconic Sofitels, the bold and creative Mama Shelter, two dynamic Novotels, and a Novotel Suites. This role focuses on maximizing total net revenue across the cluster, with a particular emphasis on the Luxury and Lifestyle division, while also overseeing performance in the Midscale segment. The Cluster Director will be responsible for designing, implementing, and steering the overall revenue management strategy to drive optimal business performance of the entire cluster.
Reporting directly to two General Managers and supported by two direct reports, you will lead the cluster's revenue management function, implement Accor's global strategy locally, and foster a high-performance culture to drive sustainable results.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Main Accountabilities:
- Responsible for maximizing the total cluster revenue and net contribution of 6 hotels by deploying a shared, global strategy in line with the Group's guidelines.
- Responsible for the implementation of RM methods, in order to maximize total cluster revenue in accordance with brand marketing, country, area, hotel strategies, and customer needs.
- Help to implement and maintain all revenue management processes.
- Assist in the implementation and daily follow-up of the GMs' strategy, update planning, quote group requests, and alert GMs when the market deviates from the strategy.
- Apply particular focus on the Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio whilst at the same time supervising and supporting Revenue Manger in charge of the midscale hotel portfolio of the cluster.
- Challenging and interaction with the Sales Team (cluster and hotel based) in strategy build up.
- The impact, analysis, understanding of the F&B contribution of all hotels in the cluster.
Main Tasks:Management & Communication:- Manage the RM department team; review the organization and task allocation if needed.
- Act as the main contact between the regional revenue managers, other members of the commercial development teams, and the local teams. Coordinate communication and ensure that information is clearly understood and instructions are applied accordingly.
- Ensure that an "RM culture" is spread in the hotels through the facilitation of weekly yield meetings.
- Be an inspiring leader, not only ensuring cluster performance, but also thrive in coaching and mentoring, leading by example and developing colleagues in the department.
- Create and maintain the feedback culture, ensuring both positive and corrective feedback is sought after and valued. Conduct regular check-in conversations and performance evaluation of the Team.
Revenue Management Strategies:- Responsible for the implementation of overall revenue management strategies. Act as a subject matter expert to hotel teams, ensuring that the current global corporate strategy is implemented.
- Ensure the optimal distribution of large volume requests (Business and Leisure Groups) across the hotels in the marketplace; calculate availability and minimum rate for these requests using group quotations.
- Make daily decisions to optimize hotel revenue in terms of pricing, inventory management, group quotations, and distribution channels. Ensure that recommendations are implemented in reservations and reception, and that systems are updated accordingly.
- Deliver service according to contracted service agreements, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Create individual hotel strategies with the goal of boosting revenue streams and maximizing KPI results, using the C.A.D.R.E. method to ensure implementation (Collection of reliable data, Analysis, Decision, Recommendation, and Evaluation).
- Ensure that revenue management systems and tools are properly implemented and maintained. Ensure that planning and pricing are up to date for at least the next 405 days.
- Analyze results on a monthly basis-by day of the week, day type, segments, and in comparison with competitors (benchmark).
- Ensure rate parity with third parties and maximize distribution health.
Competitor Analysis:- Analyze competitors in terms of content, pricing, and strategy. Analyze market share data with the goal of performing above the hotel market. Analyze hotel results and performance (average rates, occupancy rates, RevPAR).
Forecast:- Responsible for initiating short- and long-term revenue forecasts, identifying areas of opportunity and strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability.
- Elaborate the budget and contribute to building the vision by brand within the portfolio.
- Ensure an accurate and dynamic forecast for future dates (by room and revenue, by segment and day) based on RM-referenced systems and daily monitoring of the data (portfolio, booking pick-up, events, calendar events).
Reports & Meetings:- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and hold weekly and monthly meetings according to the individual service level of the hotels. Analyze special event periods with the goal of improving results for future events.
Support:- Support hotel management teams in defining hotel strategy (in terms of business mix and pricing by season and type of day) for future periods.
- According to individual service level agreements, the Multi-Hotel Revenue Director supports and advises hotels on business and leisure rate collections, as well as distribution contracts and group evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or master degree or equivalent work experience in tourism industry
- At least 5 years of experience as Revenue Manager
- Experience with Revenue Management System and Hotel systems Ideas G3, LightHouse, Revenue Insight, NOR1, Fornova, and Opera Cloud
- Orientation on results and proactivity

- Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes
- Analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research
- Excel advanced user (formulas, database, pivot tables)
