The 25hours Hotel Indre By has its home in the middle of the Scandinavian metropolis. Art and knowledge are at the forefront in an exciting combination, as the hotel housed a porcelain factory in the 19th century and was later used as a university building. Job Description

What you'll do...

• You manage your day independently and stick to agreements, even with a packed calendar and buzzing inbox.
• You organize site inspections and client events - personal follow-ups matter to you.
• You stay cool when all clients call at once and the phone lines are buzzing.
• You work closely with our Cluster Sales Director in Copenhagen, the international sales team, our Events & Groups department, and the Brand & Marketing department.
• You're a true brand ambassador of 25hours Hotels - building strong relationships with clients and nurturing them with care.

• You have experience in customer-facing roles (sales, hospitality, events, etc.)
• Experience from other hotels is a big plus
• You communicate clearly and confidently in English - and please note that Danish is mandatory
• You're curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or try new things
• You're a people person with a genuine interest in hospitality and guest experiences
• You bring your personality to work and contribute to our open, inclusive team culture
