Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment efforts for two of our luxury properties: SLS Red Sea and Faena Red Sea, both located in the stunning Red Sea area. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of two prestigious pre-opening hotels, working closely with both HR teams to ensure the properties are staffed with top-tier talent. You will play a vital role in shaping the teams for these landmark properties, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy & Leadership:
Lead recruitment strategies for both SLS Red Sea and Faena Red Sea, ensuring they align with each property's unique brand and operational needs. Work with the senior leadership teams to understand talent requirements and create a cohesive recruitment plan for each property. - Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across both properties, from operational staff to senior management. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions. Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, timely, and seamless. - Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with HR and department heads at both properties to develop job descriptions, set recruitment priorities, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and address challenges. - Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Development:
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both properties. Leverage social media, job fairs, industry networking, and recruitment agencies to source top talent, focusing on both local and international candidates. Foster relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities. - Employer Branding:
Represent both SLS Red Sea and Faena Red Sea as employers of choice, enhancing brand presence in the local and international hospitality market. Promote the properties' unique cultures and values, showcasing their commitment to excellence, creativity, and luxury service. - Pre-Opening Recruitment Coordination:
Ensure all recruitment efforts are in line with the pre-opening timelines for both hotels. Oversee the recruitment of key leadership positions and ensure that all necessary roles are filled ahead of the opening. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the hotel operations. - Data-Driven Recruitment:
Track and report on recruitment metrics for both properties, including time-to-hire, candidate quality, and cost-per-hire. Utilize data to refine recruitment strategies and improve processes. - Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with local labor laws and company policies. Regularly update senior management on recruitment progress and challenges, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience:
At least 5-7 years of recruitment experience, ideally in luxury hospitality or pre-opening environments. Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment for both operational and corporate roles. - Leadership:
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small recruitment team. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders. - Sourcing Skills:
Expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent from various channels, including direct sourcing, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events. - Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, senior management, and hiring managers across different departments. - Adaptability & Problem-Solving:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible, solutions-oriented approach. - Technology:
Proficiency in recruitment tools and HRIS/ATS systems. Experience with recruitment platforms such as Smart Recruiters, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar systems is preferred. - Education:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant HR certifications or recruitment training would be advantageous.
