Job Description
This role provides global leadership and oversight for compensation program, policies and strategies for Raffles and Fairmont hotels, while leading and serving as the subject matter expert for compensation programs and practices across Accor's North American support functions (US/Canada). Partnering closely with global People and Culture leaders and the Central Recognition team, this position is essential to advancing the People & Culture strategy by ensuring compensation programs are competitive with the market, compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and aligned internally.
