Job Description
Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of whole food and beverage department.
Ensure guest services and products are delivered according to the standard to meet and exceed guest expectation. To achieve departmental goals, in terms of guest satisfaction, financial targets, associates training and high associate morale.
To ensure that each outlet is accounted for separately as an individual profit center.
To ensure that the various outlets and banquets adhere to all company and hotel policies and procedures and minimum standards.
To fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet and ensure that the product lines (menus) are developed by the outlet management team accordingly.
To spend time in the various outlets (during peak periods) to ensure that the operation is managed well by his outlet team and functions properly and to his fullest expectations
To respond to changes in the Food and Beverage Department as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
Good communication and customer contact skills
Service oriented with an eye for details
Ability to work well in stressful & high - pressure situations
A team player, builder, motivator, & self Starter
