Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to join our team in Visakhapatnam, India. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance our market position in the region.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in Visakhapatnam and surrounding areas to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee the creation and implementation of sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

- Excellent strategic planning and revenue management capabilities
