Job Description
-Provide Commercial advisory support to General Manager at both hotels.
-Create business strategies and SMART plan to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and maintain market share. This includes advertising, sales promotion, proactive & reactive selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, ect.
-Perform regular market analysis and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends. Cultivate and maintain long-term professional relationships with keys clients and industry partners.
-Maintains good communication with Accor Regional Sales and Marketing teams to drive and implement both strategic and tactical brand campaigns
-Develop business and leisure travel promotions; releases to press and target audience. Maintain good working relationships with local and international media. Explore valuable media trades where appropriate
Qualifications
-Experience in similar position with excellent leadership, interpersonnel, communication and B2B/B2C customer skills.
