Mission 1: Welcome and assist each guest with personalised attention, from check-in to check-out. ð
Mission 2: Supervise and coach the reception team to ensure smooth and impeccable service.
Mission 3: Manage the cash registers, verify accounts, and ensure proper handling of payments.
Mission 4: Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and responsively.
Mission 5: Actively promote the hotel's services : shop, restaurant, events... it all passes through your hands.
Mission 6: Ensure communication between the team and management ð by reporting all essential information.
