Job Description
Reporting to the Sustainable Performance Director, your role will be to implement the tools and processes necessary to manage extra-financial performance within a rigorous control environment.
Your mission will include:
- Developing procedures and methods for managing extra-financial performance
- Design and implement reporting methods and frameworks to foster a culture of extra-financial performance within the company
- Define the main directions for controls and indicators to be established
- Define the reporting framework, production schedule, and design dashboards in coordination with the Commercial, Digital & Tech (CDT Data & Business Performance) teams
- Implement and improve procedures for managing information flows
- Ensure reliability and compliance with management rules
- Build and lead a network of extra-financial performance managers internally, and train them to spread the principles and methods of extra-financial performance management
- Building forecasting methods and contributing to the definition of objectives- Contribute to setting operational objectives with project managers and entities
- Develop medium-term objectives in collaboration with project managers
- Establish methods for year-end forecasts based on past performance and information shared by operational teams
- Produce macro-level analyses to support project managers and management in making strategic decisions on sustainability issues
- Reporting and regularly communicating extra-financial performance- Gather and collect all relevant information likely to impact performance
- Develop and oversee the automation of indicators to be collected and analyzed, in coordination with CDT teams
- Analyze, communicate, and report on the performance of entities, including variance analyses
- Prepare potential extra-financial performance publications, modeled after financial reporting standards
- Optimizing extra-financial performance- Anticipate deviations and help build corrective actions with project managers
- Monitor the effects of these actions on extra-financial performance
- Identify optimization areas and support operational managers in implementing them to improve efficiency
Qualifications
With a Master's degree (Engineering school, Business school, or University), you are fluent in English and have:
- 6-8 years of experience in Finance (financial management, financial controller, or ESG analyst roles)
- A strong interest in sustainability challenges and topics
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong ability to manage complex data and turn it into meaningful insights to support decision-making
- Solid technical expertise, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., CSRD) and best practices in extra-financial performance management
- Strong data skills, with proficiency in visualization and management tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and any other tools necessary for effective data management
- Knowledge of statistical analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to Accor's culture and organizational specificities, particularly through regular interaction with IT departments
- Strong persuasion skills and proven ability in solution-oriented thinking
