Job Description

What will you be doing:

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader to step in to a unique role. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager across our venue Pumphouse and the hotel, this is a great opportunity to grow your F&B career.

In this hands on role you will be expected to-

• You will have a keen eye for detail with good time management skills,
• Work alongside the team to provide support, guidance, and growth opportunities.
• Incredibly hands on and a genuine passion for outstanding guest service.
• You will assist in driving all Food & Beverage opportunities for the Venue to ensure our offerings remain fresh and animated.
• Thorough knowledge of our food and beverage lists, and be able to provide recommendations and suggestions to our patrons.
• Having your RSA will be required, and knowledge of safe handling of food and beverage is also essential.

• You will be a highly energetic individual who thrives on using your warm personality to create amazing moments for our patrons and team.

• You will pride yourself on your strong communication skills, and be efficient at problem solving.
• Due to the high-volume nature of the venue you will be adept at working under pressure in a high-volume environment.
