As a
Food & Beverage Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering friendly, professional service to our guests across various food service points - breakfast, bar, and evening snack offers.
You will:
- Prepare the dining and service areas, ensuring a welcoming setup
- Take and process guest orders using the POS system
- Deliver meals and beverages promptly and professionally
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar, dining room, and public areas
- Assist with Breakfast Service
- Engage guests proactively, upselling when appropriate
- Support the kitchen and reception teams during busy periods
- Be flexible and available for last-minute shift cover
This casual contract is ideal for individuals living
locally, with
flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude
- Enjoys working in a guest-facing environment
- Can remain calm under pressure and multitask
- Understands the importance of hygiene and food safety
- Can communicate effectively in English (other languages a plus)
- Is eligible to work in the UK
- Lives nearby or can commute easily on short notice
Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is welcome, but
not required - full training will be provided.
