THE MISSION?

• You are a food master and a drinks guru, you run the show like a pro!
• Here is the mission of an F&B Manager in Prague:
• * The management of a lovely bunch of Mama team members
• * The collaboration with our fantastic Head Chef to get our F&B offering to the best standards
• * Running the operations for breakfast, lunch, Sunday brunch, dinner and bar = (restaurants, terrace, meetings rooms,.. just that!)
• * The training and mentoring of teams regarding food, drinks and service standards
• * The usual admin, Mama likes a balanced and fair rota for all ensuring guests are looked after at all times
• * Take ownership of the overall F&B operations and make the magic happen!

• * You are passionate & creative - you have an opinion on what is crunchy and what is delicious!
• * You are organised and never let yourself be overwhelmed
• * You have the secret to make our guests fall in love over and over again ️
• * You are a good teacher, your team can make it happen as much as you do
