Job Description
What you'll do...
- Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Provide personalised services to guests, responding promptly to questions and requests.
- Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise and coordinate activities and special events for guests.
- Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property.
- Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.
