Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and people-focused Guest Experience Executiveto join our Precinct Executive Office team. This is a unique dual role, acting as both the Brand and Loyalty Ambassador for our precinct and providing high-level executive support to the Precinct General Manager.
As the key point of contact for our guests, you'll play a vital role in elevating the guest journey, especially for VIPs while also supporting loyalty, brand standards, and guest engagement across all three hotels.
