Job Description
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face of Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, playing a key role in shaping each guest's experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Your friendly, professional approach, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence will help ensure every stay is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.
