Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Intern to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources, providing valuable insights into HR processes and practices within a corporate setting.

Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Help organize and coordinate employee onboarding sessions
Contribute to the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities
Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Assist in maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Keen interest in learning about Human Resources and corporate operations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative on projects
