Job Description
Responsible for the development and implementation of HACCP system and ensure that food production process is safe for consumption.
Responsible for training and guiding every department in the HACCP process and ensure that the HACCP food safety is in place and effective.
Supervises HACCP weekly assessment per areas and monthly reporting of internal audits. Monitor action plans and corrective actions.
Create, monitor and control HACCP reports and documentation related.
Continue evaluating new HACCP programs and issues for improvement.
Be informed and updated on food safety laws and regulations.
Monitor and oversight of Quality performances of your respective departments and teams following set annual objectives.
Ensure that Food Safety Management System is effectively being implemented in overall F&B Department in compliance to the corporate food safety module and HACCP
May be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by Business levels
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in food science, Nutrition, Biology or similar degree.
Must have a certification with an accredited food safety-training course
Minimum of 3years of relevant experience in food safety industry
Strong HACCP or Hygiene background
